Colour: Clear and bright with green hues
Nose: Peach and nectarine characters balanced with spicy notes from the oak
Palate: A rich wine that shows a complex palate with citrus fruit and mineral tones with a soft creamy finish from time on lees and the natural ferment.
Cellar note: This wine can be enjoyed now but will intensify with careful cellaring
Food pairing: Seafood with butter sauce, chicken, pasta with cream sauce, veal, turkey, ham, cheeses such as emmenthal, gruyeres & port-salut
Our view: The winery selected the best fruit and hand picked it to be assured of the best quality. The juice was barrel fermented and that gives this wine its unusual rich mouth feel and unique character. We would like to recommend to drink the wine lightly chilled, that allows the flavours to shine brighter.
