Description

Colour:  Pink salmon colour.
Nose:  Very nice sent of sweet raspberries and fruit
Palate: Light refreshing with a lovely hint of strawberry. The taste is very nice fruity and nice dry.
Food pairing: Good paring with seafood, lamb and spicy food
Our view: Smooth and slightly dry. A nice fruity and medium sweet wine made from the Shiraz grape.
Rosé wines can be very sweet or sour, this is neither and still maintains a roundness in taste.
