Colour: Light red with dark red hues
Nose: An attractive palate shows dark plum and cherry flavours with fragrant fresh hay and cedary oak characters
Palate: The palate shows the vibrant cherry flavours come through with a hint of spicy toasty oak and velvety tannins
Cellar note: Ready to drink
Food pairing: Pairs well with braised duck or a vegetarian pasta with wild forest mushrooms.
Our view: A very elegant Pinot Noir that has been made from the best fruit available. As so many Pinot Noir this is a light bodies wine that is on its best when served around 15 degree Celsius. We suggest that you decant the wine before serving.
