Nose: The palate shows forest fruit, violets and subtle beetroot with savoury, spicy tones.
Palate: The palate starts of with tickling fruit flavours, with forestry undertones with fine integrated tannins and a long finish
Cellar note: This wine will further mature for another 10 to 15 years under the right cellar condition
Food pairing: This wine will pair well with pan fried duck breast, braised lamb fillet and marinated venison.
Our view: This is an unique Pinot Noir, one wine critic said
“ if you taste it blind and somebody said it was a ‘cold climate’ Shiraz, you wouldn’t be surprised”.
There are only 120 dozen made of this wine and getting a few cases into Singapore!
