Colour: A dense, inky red with purple hues
Nose: Rich aromas of plum jam, mocha and aniseed are complemented by cooler, more raspberry and peppery characters supported by spicy, toasted French oak.
Palate: Black cherry and mulberry are balanced by a rich mid palate of liquorice and dark chocolate finishing fine tannins and the toasty spice and vanilla of premium French oak barriques.
Cellar note: Now or cellar up to 8 years
Food pairing: This wine pairs well with a lamb stew, venison and will combine well with sharper hard cheeses.
Our view: This is a cool climate Shiraz . Lovely! Besides the elegance and complexity this wines brings a full bodied palate. A wine that performs to the last drop, generous palate with long lasting finish.
