Colour: Light vibrant red
Nose: A perfume nose with strawberry, cherries and hints of plum
Palate: This Pinot is rich and balanced showing ripe fruit aromas of blackberry and plum. The taste is rounded and long with mellow berry flavours balanced by fine French oak tannins.
Cellar note: Drink now or let mature for a couple of years in the right environment.
Food pairing: This Pinot Noir style can pair with gamey dishes like venison or even stuffed quail with forest mushrooms, avoid too creamy sauces.
Our view: This wine received a gracious treatment with long oak maturation (14 months) and the result is a balanced wine that will pleasantly surprise you, specially looking at this price.
