We do wine and everything that goes with it, so let’s share what we did over the last few weeks.

First of all we tried our hand at a famous Dutch snack: Bitterballen.

Made with 100% beef in the traditional way, we made a first batch of 100 bitterballen en 10 meat kroketten.

We delivered a few orders and of course had our share of the snack as well – best served with some Dijon mustard.

It’s December so over the last week we delivered a handful of Christmas orders including the supply of some reds and whites for a wedding. Also our private dining has taken off quite well. Last weekend we hosted a group of 8 happy eaters and the coming week we have 3 seatings!
